Preparing for Your Appointment

Preparing for your appointment is essential to ensure a smooth and productive visit at Apex Cancer Care. To speed up your check-in process, fill out any pre-appointment forms online via our Portal, or print them out and bring them to your appointment. 

Additionally, make a list of questions or concerns that you would like to discuss with our team during your appointment. We recommend bringing a family member or loved one to your first appointment to provide emotional support and act as a second ear, although this is certainly not required.
